This was a slogan to gather support for a movement/ rehabilitation centre, Another Chance.
Volunteers were needed to educate, or vocationally train the children of the Afghan War. This ambient media campaign was proposed for a book store, to target educated and skilled individuals to be part of the faculty at Another Chance
